I have always wanted to help others, and this is a big reason why I decided to study Human Services in college. I now have a BA degree in the subject. I work as a Bilingual Case Manager. In this role, I get to interact with native speakers. The people I work with are from places like the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and El Salvador.I personally have worked and lived in Mexico, where I taught English. This is where I developed a strong interest in the culture and language. While in Mexico, I also decided to study the language. I was able to learn and teach Spanish after this amazing opportunity.I have worked with students of all ages, including young children and adults. I use different teaching styles to help individuals and groups in different ways. I find that I'm able to build confidence and help students improve upon their skills. I like for my students to not only be part of the learning process, but also the teaching process. I listen to what my students want and need. When I'm not tutoring, I like to write, read, travel, and spend time with my family. I'm ready to help you reach your goals!
